General Manager - Information, Communication and Technology Department</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Tarikh tutup permohonan 31 Mac 2026 (Selasa).</strong></p><p>Lokasi penempatan : KTMB Kuala Lumpur.</p><p>Sektor : Badan Berkanun/ Swasta</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibility&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the overall ICT function and provide strategic direction for system integration, enterprise operations, and ICT governance across the organization.</li><li>Advise senior management and the Board on ICT strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and technology investments aligned with corporate objectives.</li><li>Develop and implement the organization’s ICT roadmap, driving innovation and adoption of emerging technologies to support business growth.</li><li>Oversee ICT system development and integration, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, architectural standards, and quality expectations.</li><li>Ensure reliability and continuity of mission-critical ICT services, including infrastructure, data centers, networks, and enterprise systems.</li><li>Manage ICT operations and service delivery, including incident management, service desk operations, and vendor performance monitoring.</li><li>Establish and enforce ICT governance, policies, and compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory, audit, and cybersecurity requirements.</li><li>Manage ICT budgets, procurement, and asset lifecycle, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal utilization of technology resources.</li><li>Lead and develop the ICT workforce, setting departmental KPIs, enhancing staff capabilities, and fostering a high-performance culture.</li><li>Manage technology risks and cybersecurity exposure, ensuring timely escalation of critical issues to senior leadership and maintaining operational resilience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Possesses Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or Information System;&nbsp;</li><li>A master’s degree will be an added advantage;&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 10 years in managerial position with at least 5 years’ experience at senior management level in complex organizations. OR</li><li>For internal candidates, qualified Senior Manager with at least five (5) years previous experience in similar position within KTMB.&nbsp;</li><li>Good PMS record with an average of C for the past three (3) years and no disciplinary record within three (3) years.</li><li>Excellent skills in computing, software development and software design.&nbsp;</li><li>Detailed knowledge of rail industry and its operations is an advantage.</li><li>A highly professional individual who is career and results-focused, with the ability to command the respect of the Board of Directors, Management, and staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven strategic leadership, management, and decision-making skills together with strong commercial acumen.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Cara Memohon</strong></p><p>1.
