Senior Executive - Integrity (Investigation)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Tarikh tutup permohonan 26 Mac 2026 (Khamis).</strong></p><p>Lokasi penempatan : MAHB Sepang.</p><p>Sektor : Badan Berkanun</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position General Summary</strong></p><ul><li>Create and encourage ethical and high integrity behavior within the organization and to the external stakeholders that will lead to a business environment with high integrity culture and free from corruption</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Position Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Assist the Manager and Head of Corporate Integrity to oversee and manage any complaint/incident/issues related to corruption matters, including bribery, abuse of position/office for gratification, false claim/intention to deceive principal, financial fraud, abuse of power, and commercial fraud.</li><li>Receive, register, and respond to allegations of corruption matters, including bribery, abuse of position/office for gratification, and false claim/intention to deceive principal by initiating preliminary investigation to confirm the allegations and take necessary actions as appropriate based on the findings.</li><li>Provide investigative coverage or oversight to non-criminal complaints involving employee conduct/behavior as assigned by the Head of Division.</li><li>To prepare a thorough investigation report related to integrity issues for management review and decision-making.</li><li>Maintain liaison and coordinate with the related regulatory bodies.
