Education and Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field from recognized institute

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 – 9 years working experiences in Facilities Management field

• This position is only open for external candidates who are not currently employed by TNB or any of its subsidiary.
• CGPA 3.00 and above. All qualifications must be recognised by Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) / Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
• Good Health Conditions and ideal BMI
• For applicants with scholarship bond, written agreement from sponsor for the release of scholar for employment with TNB Energy Services Sdn. Bhd. is mandatory and to be submitted during the interview session (except from Yayasan Tenaga Nasional).

Accountability & Responsibility

• Oversee the delivery of all integrated facilities management services, including maintenance, engineering, cleaning, landscaping, security, waste management, utilities, and workplace services.
• Ensure full compliance with Green Building Index (GBI) certification requirements, maintaining and improving the building’s green performance ratings.
• Manage building systems with a focus on energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality, and sustainable operations.
• Operate and optimize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities, asset performance, and service requests.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects to meet organizational and regulatory goals.
• Monitor and report on building performance metrics (e.g., energy consumption, carbon footprint, water use, waste management), ensuring alignment with GBI standards.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and environmental commitments are met.
• Lead and supervise the facilities management team, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, tenants, and external auditors to maintain a high standard of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost optimization plans, and financial reports for facility operations.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in sustainable building management, GBI updates, and innovative facility solutions.
